Our factory has a commitment to quality, dependability and artistry. We want you to be pleased with your order. To this end, any defects in material or workmanship will be corrected as quickly as possible, and without charge. However, keep in mind that each piece is handmade and has a unique quality and special appearance all its own. Slight variations in the dimensions and seams are signatures of these hand crafted pieces.

You should be aware that even in the finest crystal, slight variations in clarity can occur. Small bubbles, shear marks and flow lines are inevitable in blown and molded crystal. These minor variations are not considered defects. We stress this point so that misunderstandings or misconceptions can be minimized regarding this individualistic product.

Artwork

All orders should be accompanied by clean, black and white camera-ready artwork. Xerox copies, matchbooks, etc. are subject to art charges. If submitted artwork is not suitable for reproduction, we reserve the right to "clean-up" the art without approval if charges do not exceed $25.

Shipping

Orders are shipped prepaid with freight charges added to the invoice. All orders are shipped F.O.B. our factory.
